Custom Red Elm Live Edge Dining Table

A custom red elm live edge dining table, built to order in five sizes from a 48-inch table for two to an 80-inch table for a big family. The warm reddish grain and natural edges sit on black steel hairpin or rectangular legs for a mid-century modern look.

• Finish: Rubio Monocoat, a plant-based hard-wax oil with 0% VOC that gives a durable, water-resistant satin finish

Made by hand in Minnesota
I'm a U.S. Air Force veteran, and I build every table and desk myself in my small Minnesota woodshop. I pick each slab for its grain and edge, fill any natural cracks or voids with epoxy so the top stays stable, sand it to 180 grit and finish it by hand.

About wide tops
I always try to use a single slab, but pieces wider than 24 in may be two bookmatched slabs glued to look like one. A guaranteed single slab is available for an extra charge, so send me a message before you order.

Care

• Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh cleaners and abrasives.
• Refresh the finish with Rubio Monocoat Maintenance Oil when it starts to look dull.

Shipping and setup
The legs ship detached. Threaded inserts are already installed in the top and all hardware is included, so setup takes a few minutes with a screwdriver.
